To retrieve
It is possible to visit us and pick up the products. This is possible on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday between 9:00 and 15:00.
You do not have to place an order. In addition to the products on the website, we also have many items that are sold at a discount due to slightly damaged packaging, which is often a dent or tear in the packaging. Not all of these are on the site.
Returns
Despite everything, it is possible that you are not satisfied with the product received or that you want to return the product received for another reason.
With importtoys, returns are always possible within 14 working days. The product must be returned in undamaged packaging.
