IMPORTTOYS HAS THE RIGHT TO CHANGE PRICES AND TO CORRECT ANY TYPE AND CONTENT ERRORS. IF YOU WOULD BE AFFECTED BY THIS, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY E-MAIL. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. IMPORTTOYS HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS IF THERE IS CLEARLY THAT A PARTICULAR TYPE OF "DISNEY CAR" OR OTHER KIND OF TOYS ARE PURCHASED BY PROFESSIONAL TRADERS. IT CAN BE VIEWED IN CONSULTATION Whether THE ORDER CAN BE ADJUSTED. IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION, THE PAYMENT WILL BE CREDITED IMMEDIATELY.
ARTICLE 6:
PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ORDER PLACEMENT. PAYMENT CAN BE MADE BY TRANSFER TO OUR DUTCH ACCOUNT NUMBER.

IMPORTTOYS WILL ENSURE THAT ALL PRODUCTS ORDERED ARE DELIVERED TO YOU, IF IN STOCK WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. THE ABOVE DELIVERY TIME APPLIES AS AN INDICATION AND NOT AS A DELIVERY TIME.

IMPORTTOYS CHARGES SHIPPING COSTS FOR TRANSPORT COSTS BOTH FOR THE NETHERLANDS AND FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD. THE TOTAL SHIPPING COST WILL BE INDICATED BEFORE YOU PLACE THE ORDER.

IF YOU NOTICE ON RECEIVING THAT THE PRODUCT(S) DELIVERED DOES NOT MATCH YOUR ORDER, CONTACT US ASAP.
RETURNS POLICY

YOU CAN CANCEL AND RETURN YOUR ORDER WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS (FROM THE DAY OF DELIVERY) IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ORDER. THE ORDER CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF THE PACKAGING OF THE ITEM IS UNOPEN. SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNS CANNOT BE CLAIMED FROM IMPORT TOYS (THIS ARE borne by CUSTOMER). UNGRADE RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

AFTER RECEIVING THE ARTICLE, YOU WILL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION ABOUT THIS AND YOUR RETURNS WILL BE EXCHANGED IN CONSULTATION, OR THE PURCHASE AMOUNT IS CREDITED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE RETURNED PACKAGE.

THERE IS NEVER ANY WARRANTY IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
-IF WEAR CAN BE CONSIDERED NORMAL
-IF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE CANNOT BE PROVIDED, HAS BEEN MODIFIED OR MADE UNREADABLE
-IF DAMAGE IS RESULTING FROM INTENTION, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR NEGLIGENT MAINTENANCE
