Artikel 1:

We will execute your order according to the following delivery and payment conditions. On request we send you a copy of these conditions via e-mail.

Artikel 2:
 The mentioned prices are in Euro `s, excluding delivery costs. For delivery outside of Holland duties and taxes can be incurred. The recipient is liable for these payments.

Artikel 3:

All offers of Import Toys are optional. Offers are made to product availability. When a product is no longer available, maybe due to a great demand, we will inform you immediately. And if possible we will offer you an alternative.

Artikel  4:

 Import Toys has the right to change prices and correct or amend any substantive errors. If this means that your order would be penalized, we will inform you immediately. At that moment you have the right to cancel your order. When price increases are made after your shopping, Import Toys will deliver the ordered articles at the agreed price.

Artikel 5
 Import Toys has at any time the right to cancel the orders if it is clear that a certain type "Disney car" or a different type of toys are bought by professional traders. In mutual consideration it is possible to make an agreement. By cancelling the order, the payment will be repaid immediately by Import Toys.

Artikel 6:
 The Payment must be received on our Dutch bank account within 10 days after placing the order. You can transfer the amount to our Dutch bank account.

Artikel  7:
By ordering the following information is requested: Name, address, zip code, city, country, phone number, e-mail address, method of payment and your account number. The elevation, processing and use of the person related data of the customer is carried out considering our data protecting statement, the Federal Data Protecting Law.

Artikel  8:
We can only deliver after receiving the payment. Within Holland normally we deliver your order, if available, within 7 days after receiving the payment. The above mentioned delivery time is an indication and is not binding.

Artikel 9:

Import Toys will charge delivery costs for delivery in the Netherlands as well for delivery outside the Netherlands. The total amount of delivery costs will be calculated and mentioned before you place the order. 

Artikel 10:
 If you notice that the delivered product(s) does not match your order, please contact as straight away.

Right of Withdrawal 

Artikel 11:

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. This period starts on the day of the delivery. If you do not react within this period you are committed to the order. Import Toys will not accept any returns after the above mentioned period.  Also the returned order will only be accepted by Import Toys if the packaging of the article is unopened. 
Delivery costs cannot be claimed by Import Toys (these are borne by the customer). Unstamped returns are not accepted. 
We will not accept returns of special items you ordered, items worn or damaged, or that do not comply with our guidelines. 
We recommend that you send the returns by registered mail. Import Toys is not liable for lost packages. 

Artikel 12:

 If you receive a defect or damaged article, please return the article with original packaging and original statement within 7 days. After receiving the article Import Toys will send you a confirmation right away. In consultation we can replace the article or credit the purchase amount.


Artikel 13:
 If an article unfortunately is no longer available, Import Toys will ensure that the purchase amount will be credited to your account within 7 days. (Period starts from the date of cancellation). 

Warranty and Liability:

Artikel 14
The warranty of the Import Toys products is fixed by the manufacturer of the article. If you want to take advantage of this warranty, it is necessary to have the original invoice from the delivered order. 
In the following cases you cannot reclaim warranty:  
- if the article is wear off or damaged
- if the original invoice has been changed, deleted or lost 
- if damage is caused intently, if damage is caused by carelessness or rough maintenance.



Artikel 15:
Your satisfaction is very important to us and we do our best to give you the best possible service. However if you have remarks or you are displeased please let us know. You can send us your complaint by mail and add the following information: 
- your name 
- the order numbers of the ordered articles 
- a clear description of the complaint 
You receive an confirmation at your e-mail. We will do everything within reason to meet your needs and we will contact you within 2 working days to see if we can find a solution to the problem.
